Correlate magnetic field and magnetization
Quickly scan large sample areas to identify features of interest and combine multiple contrast mechanisms for a deeper understanding of your material. The integrated Polar MOKE capability, with full polarization control via λ/4 and λ/2 waveplates on both the excitation and MOKE paths, can be acquired simultaneously with scanning NV measurements, correlating magnetic domain structure with quantitative stray field images in a single scan.
Field-dependent magnetization in BiYIG
Measure magnetization hysteresis and saturation of your sample and directly correlate it with domain formation using MOKE imaging. The electro vectormagnet option is required to perfrom hysteresus loop measurements.
