DC and RF lines
Whether you need current pulses to move a domain wall or microwave excitation to excite a ferromagnetic resonance, applying signals to a sample is often required. We offer both standardized as well as custom designed ceramic PCBs with DC and/or RF lines, including connectors.
Micro probers
Eliminate wire bonding entirely. Our Micro Probers establish direct electrical contact on pads just a few micrometers in size, delivering sub-micron positioning precision with no bonding damage or additional process steps.
Designed for DC to RF frequencies up to 18 GHz, the system supports up to two probers, with expanded configurations under development, and integrates natively with QS3.
Rotation stage
Rotate your sample to change the magnetic field direction relative to it, while keeping the field perfectly aligned to the NV axis at all times.
With less than 0.1° angular precision, compatibility across all magnet options, and native QS3 integration, it fits naturally into any measurement configuration.
